Latissimus Dorsi Muscle Exercise.
Very effective machine one of the few I like. The point of it is to grab the bar and lift from your back. Keep your back straight and make sure that all your fingers are in line with each other. By that I mean look at his thumb. He keeps it in line with the others. Doing this helps prevent your biceps from helping out too much and focuses more on your back. The burn when doing this should only be felt from the lower left and right side of your back.
