Competitors pull and mark targets during the 300 and 600 yardline phases of an NRA Highpower Rifle Match. Shooters fire 22 shots in 22 minutes, single load and fire and prone for this match from 600 yards. Scorers are pulling targets, moving the shot marker, pasting the previous hole and moving the score disc for each shot.

  • Most of the Texas State Rifle Association National Match Team comes from this area and this club. Great rifle shooters, especially compared to folks who haven't shot 200, 300 and 600 yards with open-sighted Military Service rifles. Nearly everyone competing with CMP-legal AR15s.

  • @LagoVistonians

the army has little to brag about either lol

  • Nice groupings on those targets.

  • That kid does good pit service.

  • Those Panola shooters are good enough that the Army asked them (and a few from other places around the state) to show them how to accurately shoot the M14 at Camp Bullis a few years ago.
