If you do a Continue Game+, you can return to the ship after you defeat Guede. All your stats are brought over, and the quest log will always have the final story quest(Negative Nest).

Now that you're done with the game, on your second playthrough, you should show all the skits, when the tales characters come in, show us all the quests you do, all of the arena battles you can do, basically, show everything with no skipping. Sorry if it's long for you. LoL
