Incorrect. A heretic, as defined by Catholic teaching, is a person with the knowledge of the Truth as defined by God through His Church and chooses to deny it for an alternate teaching. By definition, Jesus couldn't be a heretic, since He was God, and thus the Truth incarnate; it would be impossible for him to contradict Himself.
