1/4 Million Volt Tesla Coil Test What Does 250,000 Volts Look Like Up Close

Due to the minor success of my 8 bit lowfi remix of Funky Town I am now working on a unique verison of Mad World. In preperation for this video I just built a high voltage Tesla coil. The 250000 volt output will be modulated using PWM. I will be using a SID chip which will feed the audio into a TL494 PWM Chip. I have also built some really weird custom "one of a kind" Steam Punk instruments. These instruments will not be shown until the music video is completed (hint one of these instruments can be seen in my other videos). It's going to take more time to complete because I am in the process of building additional safety circuits as well as insulating the instruments as not to shock the player namely me.

the tesla coil looks beautiful but the sparks are pretty dissapointing...

totally not your fault though.... im guessing thats a bug zapper transformer, so i cant imagine it would supply much power. nice build none the less!
