http://www.financialradio.co.uk We know James Martin as one of our favourite TV chefs. Don't call him a celebrity chef though! He's not a fan of the term.

A 'proper' Yorkshireman, James prefers real food and would take you out for a fish'n'chip supper on a first date, before deciding whether it was worth cooking for you.

So how did he get to become a regular on the box? How did he make Head Chef at just 22? And why did he jack it all in a couple of years later to become a policeman?

James talks about cooking live and fluffing his lines on Saturday Kitchen, exactly why he needs 16 cars and what he really thinks about his TV chef contemporaries.

James Martin sadly thinks it is funny to run cyclists off the road - and boasted about doing so in a national newspaper.

Handsome is as handsome does - if so then I think James isn't fit to show his face on TV.
