Wow, an old RCA! I use to maintain a TTU30 many years ago. I assume this is a TTV version. Those were pretty transmitters, especially when the blue doors were on.

originally the sign off for analog was February 17, 2009 which a lot of stations like this one did, but it was moved to June of '09
