I just watched whitney houston sang this song. sandi patti is still the best. she should be the only one allowed to sing this song. I like it simple.

Without ? or Doubt this song is sole proprietor of the "voice" "from heaven" Sandi Patty. This song gives me chills and bumps that makes me proud of being an american. All the other renditions are a Bore. Sandi Patty makes all the words sound patriotic with absolute meaning. Man I cannot say enough about this supernat voice that knows how to sing our national anthem with goose bumps streaming throughout the bodies of every patriotic american.

Thanks be to God for giving me Independence Day as my bday. So that I can worship him. And helping me remember that America is a great nation that is only governed by God.
in '12, we need a president who looks into giving back to God, and to the citizens.

Sandi Patty is a supernatural singer. She is the powerhouse voice that God gave to her to bring His message to all His people. She owns this song, this is her signature song " the national anthem" . There is not a person on the planet that can sing this song like Sandi. Furthermore, the national anthem is a song I never liked in my life till I heard Sandi sang it. She gives me goose bumps every time I hear it. She sings this song that makes every citizen proud to be an american.
