For the past 5 years I have been working on a project called The Oldest Living Things in the World. I'm researching, working with biologists, and traveling all over the world to find and photograph continuously living organisms that are 2000 years old and older. Learn a little about my project here, and how you can help support it on Kickstarter.com

  • @jesperc20, Thanks! I photographed the Siberian Actinobacteria at the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen. So the oldest living thing in the Denmark is technically just visiting from Siberia.

  • You do good marketing for your project, that's always important.

  • FASCINATING

  • Thanks for the nice vid but most of the organisms you show on the video are in fact colonies of organisms not living individual organisms, right ?

  • Cool project! Looks like you have Denmark on the map? What did you visit there?
