    Don't worry I am finding it hard making it to the gym too - and my gym is in our warehouse!

    If you go to the News and Article section on the samsfitness website and go to the weight training program category on the right you should find a Basic Weight Training program. This program is perfect for the Multi System.

    We have also have some intermediate programs to follow up on that one.

    If you ever get stuck just let me know and I will modify it for you. Also the programs work for women

  • These videos are really helpful in getting a bit more out of the Powertec MS. I am a 40-year old woman who has always worked out, but just found it hard to squeeze in trips to the gym. I was wondering if anyone has put together a training log of sorts. I'm trying to get a good program going, but i'm also trying to keep in mind that some of these exercises are more geared for men. Thanks again for the videos, and for any response...
