@elrugged1 Interdimentional beings is very possible. It's also possible that we were space travelers that found our selve on the wrong planet at the wrong time. Those that remained after a destructive cycle tried to warn the future societies of this cycle by aligning structures to the constellation as some kind of clock.

Hoagland,as smart as he is suffers from a severe case of self loving. First off he will not see his favorite 'mentor' Walter Cronkite was just a mouthpiece for NASA and the govt. and Crowleys' nickname of "The Great Beast" was coined by his mother when he was just a little silver-spooned rascal who never listened to her. But as usual,Richard chooses to blow every thing he knows out of proportion.
