george's playing progressed really fast. In this tape he plays very stiff, choppy and unsure of himself but by 1964 he was worlds better. Like the way he played the lead guitar part on "till there was you" on the Ed Sullivan Show

@nastar1 -Decca didn't help Best with using cheap equipment to record his drums. Granted it wasn't easy to record drums in 1962, but this is cheap gear I'm hearing.

Grahamjarman you must do ketamine. Whoever considers them self a Beatles fan would not lie about looking up George singing this song (it is obviously Lennon), and 2 would know right when he heard the first line that it was Lennon.
