Just stumbled upon this. I don't know anything about this case. But if the people are so injured, how can they be doing the things they are clearly doing on the video? Sounds fishy to me. If I were being accused, I think I'd do some investigating too. Just wondering.
Stop Frivolous Lawsuits in West Virginia that Highly questionable lawsuits against Dr. John A. King and Putnam General Hospital in West Virginia. The lawsuits are especially troubling because there appears to be evidence of multiple fraudulent claims, and it's time for the State to involve itself in this matter before taxpayers find themselves paying for yet another baseless lawsuit that erodes trust and abuses our judicial branch. This is what the video is about.
More corporate-funded propaganda by the folks who want to take away our right to sue. These guys will stop at nothing to take away our legal rights in order to save their corporate backers some of their precious profits. This video was posted and promoted by two groups - Public Interest Watch Group and Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse - both phony "astroturf" grassroots front groups for big business. Google their names and get educated. Your rights are bring flushed down the (You)tubes!!!
Hell, the damn doctor is a quack. Dr. King (If that's who he is and HCA lost their case. Both better have a big checkbook. And Dr. King needs some 'JAIL TIME" for preying on poor "West Virginians".
Very interesting. Looks like HCA's not going to go down without a fight.
Being in medical staff services, I'm interested in knowing how the plaintiff's are responding to questions regarding Putnams's liability in the negligent credentialing issue. How about posting some video that speaks to this?
