One of my friends has one of these, and she said it's fantastic! :) She had quit, but she always craved one when she was at the bar...so she got one of these, and kept it in her pocket, and anytime she craved a cig, would use the new electric cigarette, and when done put it back in her pocket. And then you don't smell like smoke, and like you said you aren't putting smoke into the air, and not subjecting others to smoke as well! :)
