@16and30: She must be Tabetha Jo Frick from CamSur & winner of MB 2007. She was Bicol's bet in Bb.Pilipinas 2008 & many thought she'd clinch a major title but landed only in the Top10. A beautiful (& controversial) 17 year old girl from Bulacan who had a very strong headstart but performed miserably in the Q&A was favored. Although TJF is Bicolana, she's of American descent & stands tall at 6'0---maybe that's why she needs to work hard in the gym to tone her body for future competitions. :=)

this is the first time that city councilor is in charge in tabulation rather than computer schoolls like what happen in the previous years... all of them are beautiful... very memorable show... but quite controversial... just like the controversy of arson in 2nd and 3rd floor of supermarket.. the inexcusable negligence of fire that lasted for 8 hours starting 10:30 pm up to 6 in the morning... how come the press is not digging?
