beleive or not these were a really good car, my mum got a tn sedan ,she paid 23,500 for it , we got many years of trouble free motoring, it put holden and ford to shame back in its day

I have a 1990 model wagon. I had to sell my business and had a few grand left over. A friend offered me this car for nothing. It had been sitting. in a paddock for a while, It needed a cut back, had mould all over it, no rust though except at the rear wiper, (common), the engine was pulled a part. So I rebuilt it and reistered it and detailed it- it loked great and hasn't let me down in 3 and a half years. They are great and its an auto as well!

Fuel Injection was avaliable on all TN Models. Even the base GLX. The SE model shown here is a nice looking car. But the TN Elite looks very nice with its two tone paint and alloy wheels.

I WAS a Magna fan along time ago. I had the SE version and used to love the quietness in the inside (inside being the operative word). The unique turn indicators and console controls near the drviers fingertips.

Then I found out the timing chains tend to loosen regularly, chew the guides and be noisy like a diesel. Then auto tannys are notoriously unreliable with a tendency to hunt gears when they do work. Last draw was rust on rear C pillars and rear wheel arches prematurely appear.

Ive got a Magna TN, it was my first and only car. Had it 7 years and it's never broken down or needed anything replaced. Ive resprayed it and done it up. I wouldnt trade it for a new farrari!

i had an '87 excuitive sedan which i sold to my partner, and i have an '88 elite, i feel they are great cars, they go where ever you point them. and if they have some mud to go through the front wheel drive system gets it out, with out trouble.

realy i have a ts magna and i found it on the side of the road and its a paddock basher now but i now that the gear boxes dont last for shit becouse your doing burnouts in it all the time
