National Anthem of Korea (애국가)

'Aegukga' (애국가, 愛國歌) is the national anthem of South Korea. The title literally means "The Song of Love for the Country," or "The Patriotic Song."

Donghae mulgwa Baekdusani mareugo daltorok
Haneunimi bouhasa urinara manse

Mugunghwa samcheolli hwaryeogangsan
Daehansaram daehaneuro giri bojeonhase

Translation :

Until that day when
the waters of the East Sea run dry
and Mt. Baekdu is worn away,
God protect and preserve our nation.

Three thousand Li
of splendid rivers and mountains,
filled with Roses of Sharon;
Great Korean people, stay true to the Great Korean way!
