This really is relaxing... I've seen other videos on this site that don't really induce any sort of calm or serene feeling, but this one certainly does.
I already feel, just from listening for ten minutes, as if I've gotten a full night's rest, and as though it was the best sleep of my life.
Particularly surprising since I haven't been sleeping at all well as of lately.
I'll try this every day and if it keeps on working, I'll buy the CD. This is amazing, thank you!

Sorry I'm confused,
Do I breath in from my mouth and out through my nose.

Breath cool air in slowly through your nose, take the oxygen right to the bottom of your lungs, then breath warm air out through your mouth.
