Under the bridge (Live at Slane Castle) with some personal feeling, played a lil bit faster than Frusciante's one. Squier Strat customised - Marshall DSL100 head with MC212 cabinet. Please Rate !

  • great cover. and I have a question

could you tell me if the marshall mc212 is a good cabinet .. I will probably buy one soon but I'm not quite sure on the durability and quality.

thanks, and again great playing dude

  • Well I couldn't tell you it's awesome cause I only use it in my bedroom, but I could tell you it's good enough for me, and really not bad for the price... I still had no problem... marshall is reliable IMO

    thank you ;)

  • Really awesome cover my friend. I've never heard a Squire sound more clean lol. I have a cover of this song up too! Great job. 5 stars.

  • Thank you very much my friend. I'll watch/listen to your cover.

  • what kind of modifications have you done to your guitar? ive had squier that i purchased 14 years ago, sounded fantastic then, but 3 years ago i started changing some of the old hardware, and decided to start customizing it. changed the nut to ivory, tuners, pick guard, bridge,

dont wanna mess with the pups beleive it or not i think they sound better than some expensive ones out there. But Damn i should have done this sooner, it sound even more amazing, and with a new facelift cant beat it!

  • I changed the treble pickup for a Seymour Duncan SH8 Invader and... actually, that's all I've done. Well, I put some skull stickers on the inlays and a star sticker at the beginning of the neck (please don't ask me why). Then I erased the letters S, Q, U, and I on the headstock and turned them to F, U, C, and K (using the Fender's "F", obviously :)

So here is my Fucker Strat, and she's glad to meet you.

    Peace

Was it 4ohms out of the head to the 4ohms mono input on the cab ?
