Do you have to do the cable management before you put in the mobo/graphics card?

Try doing same thing with a Corsair TX750W PSU LMAO that thing has a rats nest full of cables i cant even keep it tidy but i did my best

How much space is there between the mobo tray and the back panel? I know you can fit a 80mm fan in there. Did you have any trouble snaking the 24 pin power cable behind the motherboard tray?

well i had to take out the PSU to make it snake throught the little opening right next to the PSU...that was the first cable i snaked through...but you just have to have a long enough power cable..

How are the toolless drive bays on that case? Especially the ones for the DVD drives. Do they work well? Are they strong?

Yup they work very strong...they hold it inplace without any trouble
