I really love Iron Maiden and Steve Harris' bass playing is a big part of the reason why.
Video was recorded first thing in the morning. Woke up, it's sunday morning, fixed myself some coffee, went downstairs, and started jamming to some real loud Maiden in the headphones. Great way to wake up!!!
The tone is from a Maiden patch I made a while back on my ME-50B, don't remember the settings. I always use it when I jam to Maiden.
EQ-ed out most of Harris' bass in the mix, so the bass you hear is pretty much me.
I never get the whole 7 minutes right. So I recorded it 3 times (then I ran out of coffee), and took this shot. Not perfect, but hey, it's little ole me covering the master, the legendary Steve Harris!
