They help conserve our natural resources, they mentor young people, they give back to the environment, community and family. Before corporate farms where chickens and turkeys are bred and killed for the table, never seeing daylight, hunters provided for their families and communities; that was a way of live we still enjoy.

I do hunt and eat meat. My wife is a vegan and we are raising our daughter vegetarian and she seems to be the tallest and healthiest in her class. We live in the US. Due to severe storms (i.e. Hurricane Irene) have 4 times this past year been cut off from obtaining food and we had not power and what food we had spoiled quickly. If I had to I could survive on fish and fresh game. My wife and daughter would as well. What would you do. Yes for survival human dinner with a chianti
