This is my first organ solo, played on one of the most glorious 4 manual Aeolian Skinner pipe organs left in the US.

  • That pic is of the facade and console at FUMC Houston, is it not. If memory serves that organ was greatly re-worked by JC Williams and Co.after a fire in the sanctuary back in the 80's

  • Excellent playing, young man.

As for the instrument..........we've come a long way since this instrument was built.

It beats a toaster, but when the time comes for a rebuild, I think I would vote for a replacement.

  • Which Aeolian-Skinner opus is this? Sounds like a late 60's organ.

  • I did a recital on this organ a few years back - really enjoyed playing it!

  • church building needs more reverberation, is there carpeting and bench cushions?

  • I love Peeters... Good performance.

  • You're playing is fine--very clear and precise. And you displayed lots of endurance. Keep up the good work!

  • Your mom tells me you were playing form memory only, no sheet music? Wow, amazing!

  • Can I come play this organ!?
