You sound great Mike! That is a very difficult song. I've got it too in my Mancini album. Especially those loooong notes at the beginning of the song are difficult because they take a lot of breath!!!

@azoro13 well i got the backing from a CD that came with sheet music, i dont have it anymore though and i forget what its called. if you google peter gunn backing track you can probably find it

Great job young man! You remind me of when I started playing the sax when I was 11 (i'm 42 now). You're doing great! Practice, practice, practice...you know. Take a look at a video of my uncle, Jim Aldridge playing the same song in a band about 50 years ago He was my inspiration to play the sax and perform..listen to his version, try to learn some of his techniques in it, growling, trilling, double tounging, embouchure manipulation and...practice ALOT. Stay positive and good luck in all you do!
