@AlessandroFarnese Oh, big deal. I don't complain when people assume New York City is all Gershwin and skyscrapers. When they visit, we show them otherwise. And they are pleased to learn it.

I guess everyone who has been in Tuscany didn't feel at all the annoying stereotypes Hollywood spread on the whole Italy.
Mandolin is a southern italian thing and they don't even play that instrument too since at least 1900.
Not very informative to promote a cultural place as Tuscany stereotyping it with things that have nothing to do with it.

Why don't Brits pay more attention to proper pronunciation of Italian words?
Most Brits make fools of themselves when in Tuscany.
