  • I'm a big Styx fan. I do hope they get back together. Dennis and Tommy are magical when they harmonize. If it happens and they can't get Glen Burtnik to come back wouldn't it be cool to have Jack Blades as that fourth voice on bass. You talk about a super group. All of this is hypothetical of course.

  • Tommy.. I am looking forward seeing you and the guys play at Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls, Canada. Thank-you for adding an extra show this year. So far, I will be seeing Styx twice in a row.. trying to get money to see the third show on Saturday. Will you guys be doing another free concert at New Years? Missed it this year.. had to babysit.. couldn't get out of it.

  • @Mooseboy08 Haha, you wish.

  • Right. It's much better.

  • i was in a bar saoplablo brazil this guy in front playing the guitar sang sister cristian ...but funny thing he was never in america but he knew that song

  • not the same without deyoung

  • This pair of guys have at least one album together and it is truly killer: My Hallucination. Its from mid '90's and has great songs, no filler. I agree about Dennis deYoung, too, enormous talent and songs. Read the new (2009) book by Doug Goldstein the music journalist/exec you know, the enemy right? But he talks about how Dennis got screwed over by an industry that just didn't imderstamd his narrative, almost literary trip. Oh yeah-Styx's Grand Illusion is one of the greats, bar none.

  • I was one of the lucky 40! One of the best sounding and coolest gigs I have ever seen!!

  • i saw Damn Yankees in 1992, they are so awesome. Tommy Shaw is really cool in person too.
