what's deshaked means ?

A video has been deshaked when the shaking has been removed by using a software. In this case I used Deshaker, a plugin for VirtualDub.
This is not a feature of the TZ5 and can be done with any video.
I hope that helps.

Could you tell me how to get HD from TZ5 to work in virtual dub ive been tearing my hair out but just cant get it

First tool you need is MP4Cam2AVI. Just ask google and download the file from sourceforge.
MP4Cam2AVI quickly converts the container from Quicktime-MOV to AVI without the loss of quality. The video itself stays untouched.
Now you can load this AVI into VirtualDub.

Black borders that come from deshaking the clip in post processing.
