You see, the question isn't does it have nicotine, because nicotine itself is not actually bad unless you don't want to have addictions. The real bad stuff is all the additives and the burning of the tobacco itself that causes cancer. I REPEAT. NICOTINE does NOT cause cancer, only addiction to nicotine. You can however get nicotine free juice
