Villa Life mijn verhaal: Robin

Gelukkig zijn we niet allemaal hetzelfde, de een is klein, dik of dun, de ander lang. Robin is bijvoorbeeld lang voor haar leeftijd. Zij groeit al haar hele leven meer dan andere mensen. Ze is de langste uit haar klas, de langste van haar vriendinnen, en de langste bij zwemmen. Nu kan het erg fijn zijn om lang te zijn, maar veel te lang is natuurlijk niet leuk meer. Gelukkig zijn daar tegenwoordig allemaal middelen voor.

At nearly 5'9" and being only 11 years old, this girl is astounding. When I was 11 I wasn't even five foot tall. Even now, a fully grown adult, I am 5'9 1/4". So at the age of 11 she is merely 1 cm shorter than I am today. Amazing!

This is not so unusual these days, by around age 11 to 12 dimensions can vary much, this is why clothing companies and advertising should address this more for youngsters and not assume that there is such a thing as an average 4ft 10 eleven year old as they have done in the past.
