@eurohim Yep. A person who intends to commit murder will not obey the law that prohibits using a gun to do it. the punishment for murder is greater than the punishment for using a gun. Or,
A person who intends to murder classmates or other students will ignore the gun control law that prohibits guns in schools. If they're going to ignore the murder law they will for sure ignore the gun law.
