I like the notion of being able to add tags within a tab overview. Great sense-making activity -- research shows that tagging improves memory for the content.

Also, I forgot to mention, that there is also can be classification by color. If user has opened about 10 web sites, and 4 of them are added to favorites, the cloud items could be highlighted by appropriate colors.
Or, at the same time, browser can automatically classifies opened sites by category, and highlights them.
