In the Behind the Music of FM (that should be released on DVD!) in the clip from Tusk photo shoot where Stevie keeps leaning into Chris- you can see more clearly that Mick and Stevie are holding hands - she goes grasping for his hand again when she stands back up. It also looked in BTH that Lindsey notices.
