Saw the Brisbane gig on the same tour. Have to agree Status Quo blew Purple off stage.They went on first and at the interval I overheard some diehard Purple fans saying "How the fuck can we follow that"

LOL!! Gotta agree with you on that one kahlua - I like both bands but Quo knows how to get you outta your seat and rattle ya bones!! I heard they did the same to Slade when they supported them in OZ back in the early 70's!!

Listen up guys and anyone who reads this,
the origiinal track to this was Smoke on the water,it went for the 6 minutes of this clip,
the sound was stopped and Youtube gave us the option of filling the sound track with another song and this song was called Company man. It was either that or take the clip down. I think Itunes comes up if you wanted to buy the song. i prefer Deep Purple
