Oops... I made a mistake in spelling. Arrivederci, not arrivaderci. Sorry about that.
We are starting over from the beginning with our videos. We had a lot of fun with the first series, but we decided to start from the beginning with a new series. This series is for those wanting to learn some basic Italian and some California style English.

Remember, there are many, many different ways to say the same thing. If I have chosen a way that you do not use, that doesn't mean it is wrong.

In series 2, we'll take things slower. Also, our goal is to have a new video every Friday.

We are going to leave up our old videos. They still are valuable, and they are fun too look at.

Thank you to all those that watch.

The music was played by our son.

  • hello,me piacono i vostro videos molto ma what a pitty you don't speak british enghlish or french instead of this american inghlese che veramente non è bello, grazie mille per i vostro lavoro, spero che va fare ancora molto piu perché i primere sono un po tropo facili per me

  • @lovedommen

It could be worse, we could sound like we are from Texas. Thing is, like it or not, American English is the dominant version these days and has been so for nearly 100 years.

  • This is a great video, but you do know we talk the same in the other states, right? "California English?" WTF?

  • @philpit82

True, but there are variations from regions. Boston, New York, Chicago, New Orleans, Minnesota... so many variations in pronunciation. Plus, to those wanting to learn English, California is just sexier. You know, Hollywood and all that...

    It's marketing...

    XD

    Thanks for watching.

  • Awesome video. I enjoyed it very much. One request: bring back Massimo!

  • @MUEYGRANDE

We do have a few animated videos in mind... I think it would be fun for Massimo to host them. Thanks for your input.

    :)

  • Buon giorno is written Buongiorno, Buona sera and Buona Notte too.

    Buona mattina isn't used :)

ArrivEderla and ArrivEderci are very formal, with friends we use "Ciao" like goodbye.

Answer: WHAT?! Are you DRUNK? Are you intoxicated, addicted to DRUGS?!

  • In italian it isn't ARRIVADERLA!!! It's A RIVEDERLA!!!!!

  • Your pronunciations are sooooooooooo wrong even the character limit for youtube comments wouldn't let me type all the Os that would be needed. You people are raping the italian language...

  • @TheAirhead9 buona mattina non esiste ma buon mattino si (buona mattina doesn't exist but buon mattino does and it's pretty much the same. It's not much used but it's there. Se sei italiano scusa se faccio capitan ovvio ma come ho detto non ho capito di dove sei)

  • @TheAirhead9 arrivederla è usato in alcuni posti. (Arrivederla is used in some places, sorry for this translation brackets but i couldn't figure out your nationality so it's better safe than sorry.)
