I am from Libya and the tawrega is costal city but it is mostly desert it is not green even in the spring the photos of dead people in green landscape is likely somewhere in Africa this report is fake

Second, the problem of Tawrega is not a black issue if it is a race issue the south of Libya would be the victim. Libyans have always lived with different races and ethnic group in amenity the Tawerga problem is the atrocity they commit in Misrata where almost all Tawergees except young children
