From KETC, LIVING ST. LOUIS Producer Anne-Marie Berger and Kate Shaw follow in the footfalls of Jack Frohlichstein, an 80 year old who has run in over 2,500 competitive races in his life and still runs today. The GO! St. Louis 5K in April 2009 was his 5,211 race, by his count. He also has run more than 46,000 miles in his lifetime. Frohlichstein is a founding member of the St. Louis Track club and a well-known figure in the St. Louis running community.
