@MegaAnonymous2011 do an ab session (workout) high intensity and then some cardio 2-5 times a week, but other than that the best tip i could give u is that Abs are made in the Kitchen, its alot about what u eat

Every day? Shitty advice. Weighted ab exercises max 3 times a week to increase ab muscle mass. And to have visible abs you need to have low body fat.
