Tennis Drill: Flat First Serves

http://www.thaitennisvideo.com and http://www.hi10spro.blogspot.com presents a way to learn how to hit the serve FLAT. you stand on the service line, hitting the serve into the service box, and the seeing how hit on the fence you can get the ball to bounce. this drill teaches them to hit the ball with penetration, flat (no spin), and it can be used later as a game. we do the game where they serve from the service line and the returner must hit the ball into the service box, and the entire point is played in the service boxes--mini-tennis style. this teaches control. VERY DIFFICULT TO DO. the next progression is to let them just play it out with no mini tennis boundaries.

@lavaman233 you can't be talking about me. edberg only had a kick serve. sampras had a shoulder injury and has a longer range of motion than the normal person. federer has perfect technique but the point is this drill will give you a better flat serve in steps--YOU could learn from it but i put dimes to dollars you're utterly incompetent
