A brief video explaining the basics of bow stalling.
Common Problems with bow stalls: -
Falling on your head - remedy this by practising the techniques in the video. Leaning forward and backwards whilst vertical will adjust your angle.
Not being able to stop rotating and balance when getting vertical - Use you're paddle blades as 'brakes', using the back face of whichever blade is leading to slow yourself to a stop.
REMEMBER: Try to keep your arms as straight as possible to create maximum stability.
