  • OK im sick and tired of saying things like "marco is a cheat because he uses the stock pot". Any one who's worked in a kitchen knows that making a white stock or a brown stock takes time, money and carefull attention. NOW to the avereage home cook, that can become a major chore. Using stock pot cant come anywere close to a perfectly made brown stock ( simmering for 6-8 hours depending on the stock being made).....the knoor stock pots isnt perfect but its ideal for ahome cook.

  • Okay, so I read the title of this in the "Related videos" sidebar and i thought it said "Chicken Breast Rhymes With Lemon" hahah I was like "No it doesnt...." lol

so many internet douchebags dont get this simple point.

    its everyday cooking.

  • omfg, cubed stock? are you kidding me??? you cant make regular stock??? what a looser ;p

  • @sebyjoseph01 AND "Dangerous if not presesrved properl"? ....of course! its good eggs in it....throw your homemade mayo out for a few hours see what happens....actually store baught mayo holds better then homemade. "unhealthy"?.....which mayo is healthy mate?. "fattening"?...your kidding me right?......after all this i do agree with you...homemade mayo does taste better but its not simple for everyone. Iam not being paid by marco ( i chuckled when read this)....im just saying the truth.

  • @CollectivePreference For you may that "30" seconds may seem simple but when you come back after a job, the last thing you want to do is make mayo. For me its all about having a good meal under 30 minutes. why are you complaining about the chemicals....half the candy, chocolates, preserved foods in general, HAVE YOU SEEN THE INGREDIENTS IN A MCDONALDS BUN?....all have incredable amounts of chemicals...then why whine about mayo? something most people eat a tbsp per sitting?

  • @sebyjoseph01

It takes 30 seconds to make your mayo, little more than taking the jar from the fridge, plus it's cheaper.

I'm having a hard time believing you don't know what's wrong with crappy generic mayo, are you being paid by Marco ? Chemical-ridden, dangerous if not preserved properly, unhealthy, fattening, overpowers the flavor of vegetables and, finally, it tastes like sh*t.

  • @CollectivePreference whats wrong with using store bought mayonnaise?....sure you can make your own mayo at home but lets not forget, these vids are for a home cook who im pretty sure wont spend time making making their own mayo at home...

  • @sebyjoseph01

Nothing wrong with knorr, but he lost me after using supermarket mayonaise (1:49) and after becoming the spokesman for turkey twizzlers. Nothing you can say could attenuate something like that.

  • the side dish is a shitty combination
