dude you need better english, i understand what you're doing, but the reasoning you give for "spacing them out" and everything else just confuses me, because i feel like for some reason you're making this seem a lot harder than it actually is.

I'm trying to piece a song together for AMS, but it's telling me it's an invalid text file. I assume this has to do with the long string of colons at the end, but will it mess up if I don't have the exact amount?

You are right. Baby faces are by far less usual and useful than stars, so it's a better instrument for this purpose.
