Mike and I walked through there when where staying at the Swissotel...but it was after all the shops had closed...it was extremely clean and quiet.

Just to drive to Tokyo during the week can cost ¥12,000 in highway fees alone. Parking in Tokyo can get up to ¥1,000 per hour. You would have to park far away, then take a train, if you do not stay in a hotel with parking. It is crazy!

Yeah that's exactly what we say...it was quite empty but there were a few couples chatting near the grassy areas, if I recall correctly.
