Love this piece, playing it no (cello) and possibly in Carnegie Hall this spring, we will see if it makes the program :) i sure hope so!

@harpsichordRB Yes, thank you for the reply. They remind me of Iowa. I have visited Spilville, Iowa, where Dvorak spent the summer of 1893, and in the church there they still have the same organ that Dvorak played on during his stay.

@sailerperky haha what a coincidence. My school's chamber orchestra is also currently learning this piece. (I'm a violinist btw :P ) And congratulations on getting to perform at Carnegie Hall! We performed there last year for the International Music Festival. It's a once in a life time experience that you will treasure for the rest of your life! Have fun and savor every single moment! :)

@signal899 The pictures are from Czech lands especially the places where Antonin Dvořák resided. First picture - Třebsko, where Dvořák played the organ every morning in the church by God services during his summer holidays. Next 4 pictures are of little castle Vysoka near Přibram, where Dvořak spent his summer holidays and composed Rusalka. Next pictures are of Vysoka and Přibram area. Have nice Sunday. Ria
