  • I TOTALLY agree with Harry Spider 2. The ridiculous number of interrupting title screens with chugga guitar backing is infuriating. It interrupts the instruction, and makes it impossible to learn anything from these videos. Please, ewhguitarist, PLEASE convince your bosses to stop putting those interruptions in the content. Ask any web designer or user experience designer, and they'll agree: interruptions are bad.

  • @trendsettingdesign those interruptions are nothing to do with me! It's just from a total guitar magazine dvd!

  • @ewhguitarist Oh, sorry! I thought you were working for Total Guitar or something. Guess I should have looked more closely. Thanks for posting these! Maybe I'll send a request to Total Guitar to take out those interruptions!

  • @trendsettingdesign No problem! i know it's irritating, they should just show more of uninterrupted Satch!

  • oh, man. he actually turns his body, so we can see his hand and not the fingers, and those morons switch to the other camera, anyway.

  • asyix lach............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

  • what a lesson, wow ! ;>

  • that thing he does with his hand on the guitar is amazing never seen anyone else do that before

  • @shravanrulez Cool. Thanks for answering :)

  • epic

  • @Frvrv The right hand basically acts as a string damper, to prevent unwanted strings from ringing out when tapping is performed. Also, it looks pretty badass. :D

  • Guys, sorry for the ignorance, but what's the purpose of moving the right hand to the upper part of the neck while playing the arpeggio section?

  • who edited this ? ? ease up on the crack bro .

  • OK, Satriani is now one of my favourite guitarists.
