For many families with modest incomes, the dream of home ownership is just that—a dream. Partners for Homeownerships creative approach to housing development and financing means that dream is becoming a reality to hundreds of hard-working families in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County.

Partners for Homeownership is an established non-profit organization founded to develop new neighborhoods and build new houses for sale to families earning between 40% - 80% of the county median income. These amounts are adjusted for family size. Working in conjunction with public and private agencies, Partners for Homeownership offers down payment and closing cost assistance.
