@ martimotion -- yep, Martin Hannett was truly a great producer .He did a great on this Magazine album. And geez, McGeoch's guitar parts-- holy crap, what brilliance and feeling. I can see why this song touches so many people.

Sadly I am old enough to remember him in the Buzzcocks. But what a great song. 52 years old and still love it !! Reminds me of a lost love ah but what the hell......life goes on.
