linux will be the future MVP OS when they work on tweaking the UI and it looks like their already getting tarted :)

One thing I hate about ubuntu.. It doesn't support my Audio drivers so no HD pwnage blast audio.
Any Help? :(

the theme is called bamboo-zen. its part of a theme package. i cant recall the package name neither do i know if it (this theme)is available as a separate download.
its decent. my desktop looks almost identical to this right now

this is no theme... its the standart ubuntu with compiz and awn (avant-window-navigator)... you should install compizconfig-settings-manager to configure compiz

It also depends on your PC spec, if you haven't got a fast PC things will slow down, especially if you use recording software since they usually tend to be resource hungry.

Regular ubuntu with compiz enabled and a emerald theme.

If my memory does not fail me, it's a Emerald theme named tropical, and the color adjusted to the Ubuntu Orange.
