Oh wow I have wondered what the music in the DOS version was like. I still prefer the windows version because of the better sound quality but I am very happy that they used the origional score! The arrangements were great.

I'm guessing there were no receptionist announcements in the DOS version though... shame really, they're really funny :D

@MrOhaithar I'm sure there are receptionist announcements, though I don't remember, because I play using CorsixTH (A free open source TH clone) now. It crashes occasionally, but I can't get TH working on DOSBox on my new Windows 7 for some reason.....

Also if you're interested, try raymangold22's channel, he's put the tracks through something to make them sound awesome :D

I swear this game was an influence on me wanting to be a doctor xD But suck at chem so Linguistics with Japanese for me!

DUDE! Theme hospital is one of my favorite games, there aint no other game like it!

Juss upgraded to 64bit and playing theme hospital is a nightmare, graphics are screwed, what is the DOS version like, any diferent to w95 version.

I love the music, could u tell me how u get it all working please, would appreciate it a lot. Thanks ^_^.

I remember playing that game It was always cold in my hospital for some reason. I littered the hallways and rooms with radiators and still didn't get any warm enough for the crap AI people.

@MrOhaithar I use DOSbox to get the DOS version working on my modern computer since the Windows version won't work.

Since Gravis Ultrasound is buggy and it's hard to emulate Roland. I had to use Sound Blaster 16. It doesn't sound as good as the Windows version but you still get receptionist announcements as well as high res graphics.

This game on the playstation is whack, looks soooo much better on the pc.

I love this game!!! The only thing I hate is the earthquakes which can destroy you're equipments and make it unusable including the room. all in all this game is just addicting and hilarious, especially the way they treat their patients. :D
