The strong yen is clobbering Japanese automakers, and it has forced one big OEM to shut down a design studio. Bosch may post its first loss since World War II. Toyota gives us a sneak peek at the vehicles its unveiling at the Tokyo Motor Show. All that and more, plus John drives the Kia Forte and tells us whether or not Honda should be worried.

    korian hahahahahahahahahahahahaha

  • You're a moron.

  • that kia remind me of a civic sedan.....

  • Roughly the same price as a Civic? There is a $3290 difference between the two. Thats a 16% increase... And you still don't have Bluetooth. To get Bluetooth on the Civic you must add the navigation system which adds another $2500. I would agree that the Transmission needs some work, the 5-speed auto is much more refined, but you can't get the factory leather or sunroof with that Package.

  • to add more style to their cars...kia needs redesign their "kia symbol" ...its too plain, up the anty!!

  • i agree with you i wonder they have lots of brain man i just don't know how they can Miss out on lots of good idea it's like they are saving it for the future or some thing :-)))

  • I wish that too. The problem is that plastic is the only thing keeping costs down. Most people do not like it but they wont put up the money for a full leather interior. Most companies like Honda are using a hard plastic with a leatherette covering of the plastic. It looks and feels nice. The 1998-2002 Honda Accord is the best example of it.

  • in fact i would like to say my opinion honestly i would like to see all cars and brands drop of the plastic from their productions i have a 1999 Pontiac Bonneville SE the car can be quiet because of this bad plastic i wish if the create something that more quiet or at least cover any inside withe some kind of Pipe sponge surround any iron object behind the plastic bottom line i wish if they drop the plastic out of their plan forever
