Baltimore Homicide Rate rises becuase free cable it cut-off

Residents of one of Baltimore's most violent neighborhoods said it's the little things that lead to violence. At a rally for Milton Hill, a 70 year old church deacon who was murdered over a scooter, several residents said when free cable was cut off, violence spiked.

So just to clarify........A person who had cable TV moves from the residence. The new tenant moves in and realizes that the cable is turned off, which means the new tenant has to order and pay for cable like everyone else in the country?

I think it's a good thing the cable is off. That is where most "gangsters" get their influence from, even though it's highly fabricated. I'm black and this sounds like bullshit.
